Booking & Payment Policy

  • A minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
  • Debit/Credit card payments will incur an additional 1.8% convenience charge.
  • Cheques/Drafts must be drawn in favour of “Saiyu India Pvt Ltd”.

Price & Rate of Exchange

  • All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, fuel surcharges, taxes, or government regulations.
  • Any increase in the exchange rate affecting land arrangements, airfare, or related services will be borne by the traveller.

Visa & Travel Documentation

  • Obtaining a valid passport and visa is solely the traveller’s responsibility.
  • The company may provide assistance but is not responsible for rejection, delay, or errors in visa processing.
  • Travel documents will be released only after receipt of full payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing.

Applicable Cancellation Charges:

  • 60–45 days prior to departure – 20% of total cost
  • 44–30 days prior to departure – 25% of total cost
  • 29–25 days prior to departure – 50% of total cost
  • 24–10 days prior to departure – 80% of total cost
  • 09–0 days prior to departure – 100% of total cost
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation charges.
  • Refunds are subject to clearance from airlines, hotels, or service providers.

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

The company shall not be liable for loss, delay, or changes arising from:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Flight cancellations or delays
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond control

Any additional expenses incurred under such conditions will be borne by the traveller.

Travel Insurance

  • Basic travel insurance is included in the package. Please review the policy carefully.
  • Optional upgrades or add-ons are available at an extra cost.
  • For travellers aged 60 years and above, higher premiums may apply.

Liability

  • The company acts solely as an intermediary between travellers and airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.
  • We are not liable for injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, or irregularities caused by third-party suppliers.
  • Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for international travel.

Special Requests & Conditions

  • Sightseeing missed due to closures, holidays, weather conditions, or operational reasons will be substituted where possible. Refunds will not be provided.
  • Special requests (room preferences, meals, seating, etc.) are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, India courts only.
