Day 1: Arrival at Colombo – Negombo (1:00 Hrs & 39 Kms approx.)
Upon arrival at Colombo airport, you will meet and greeted by our representative and transfer directly to Negombo, while driving to Negombo you shall completely mesmerised with the beautiful natural view of the great land of Sri Lanka. Post arrival and check-in to hotel, you can enjoy the remaining day by visiting local market, spending time for shopping and understand more about the place and locals of Sri Lanka, entire evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Nogombo.
Day 2: Negombo-Sigiriya (03:40 Hrs – 146 Kms approx.)
In the morning, we shall enjoy our lavish breakfast and drive down to Sigiriya, enroute visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage located in Pinnawala village. Developed in 1975 with only five Elephants to protect the Orphan Elephants which are found near the forest area this rare orphanage in the world has more than 90 Asian elephants now. And you will be overwhelmed to feed this animal and surely enjoy seeing the daily routine like eating, taking water bath and other activities of this habitat. Later we will witness the Dambulla Cave Temple, the largest cave temple in Sri Lanka Many Buddhist mural paintings, statues built in gold foil can be seen here and the feeling of heavenly chants and prayer inside the caves will surely mesmerise your inner soul. Post sightseeing we will take a drive to Sigiriya. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.
Day 3: Sigiriya-Kandy (02:30Hrs-90Kms aprox.)
Post enjoying the breakfast, we will take guided tour of world heritage site Sigiriya Rock, a red brown rock above the 190 meters of sea level with the Fresco styles of painting of 18 Sigiriya lady with various remains of monuments which depicts the historical value and culture of Sri Lanka. Post capturing the historical rock this we will take a comfortable drive to the holy land of Kandy, this is the most beautiful city of Sri Lanka surrounded by a lush green environment and mountains. And is the last capital of Sinhala Dynasty, this historical dynasty gave the most successful and dignified kings in the history of Sri Lanka ever. Later we will visit Tooth Relic Temple which is few among the most holy places of Sri Lanka enclosed some unseen Buddhist secrets within it. Here we will witness The Sacred Tooth (Relic of Lord Buddha), during the ancient times the emperors used to keep the Sacred Tooth which symbolise the sign of their power. Post sightseeing we will return to hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 4: Kandy-Colombo (03:20Hrs-120Kms aprox.)
Today our journey ends with a lot of beautiful and lifetime memories along with some most precious moments captured in your camera. Post breakfast, we will take a comfortable drive to Colombo for onward journey watching some breath-taking views of nature.
