Day 1: Arrival at Colombo – Trincomalee (05:20 Hrs & 263 Kms approx.)
Your journey begins with welcoming you at the Colombo airport by our pre designated representative. Post welcoming you we shall take a comfortable drive to Trincomalee. A walking tour of fish market enroute will surely give you some best moments to capture in your camera. Once we reach to Trincomalee, check-in to our designated hotel and enjoy rest of the day in local markets, trying different foods, etc. Overnight stay at hotel
Day 2: Trincomalee
In the morning, we will sail through the shining water to watch most awaited Dolphins and Blue whales. We can get a chance to see them soon when we start to sail and this makes the Sri Lanka the best place to watch these habitat. Common Dolphins, spinner dolphins and bottlenose dolphins are commonly seen here and it would be a lifetime experience to see them diving and playing in Blue Ocean. Post enjoying we will return back to hotel and enjoy the day with delicious breakfast and other meals. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Trincomalee – Sigiriya (01:55Hrs-100Kms aprox.)
Post your buffet breakfast, we will start our tour with a guided safari of Minneriya National Park, built by the King Mahasen during third century, this national park has a great history behind, it was declared as a wildlife sanctuary in early 1938 and has protected various flora and fauna within it. Various Elephants, Spotted Deer, Leopard and Sloth Bear etc. can be seen here. It is very satisfying to see various endangered species of birds, fish, butterflies etc. and it will surely make this safari memorable worth visiting. Later take a drive to Sigiriya. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Sigiriya.
Day 4: Sigiriya – Dambulla – Colombo (04:00Hrs-180Kms aprox.)
In the morning, our representative will greet you at the hotel and we will take a guided tour to world heritage site Sigiriya Rock Fortress, here you will see the historical ruins of the fort and beautiful Sigiriya paintings. We will also visit the Golden Rock Cave Temple at Dambulla. Dambulla is known to be the largest Cave Temple Complex in Sri Lanka. Golden Rock Cave Temple is world famous for the ruins of Budhist culture and various murals, paintings and statues can be seen here related to Gautama Buddha. After thi sightseeing we will end our memorable tour and drive down to Colombo for your onward journey with some great memories.
